j.l.c designs joined with mary beth knight to kick start the development of a personal identity and image that would create recognition for her in the field. mary beth's extensive professional profile called for a fun yet professional identity that would portray her diverse and extensive list of accomplishments including: founder of Fit Revolution ® and Maternal Fitness Expert for Discovery Health, spokesperson for brands like Vitamin Water, fitness author of media & books including Strategies for the C-Section Mom, fitness director of StrollerFit/Mommymuscle, creator of fitness DVDs and inventor of the Muscle Bar. as she states, "my expertise is in creating appropriate fitness programs that honor the emotions and spirit of individuals for every stage of life.. and they get results!" thus, we worked to cographically nvey the "lifestyle vs fitness" theme that mary beth embodies with energy, life and youth!
